Some of Our Recent Installations

Please browse through some of our recent completed projects which demonstrate our diverse range of industrial ventilation services. All of the below projects were awarded directly to AD ventilation Ltd from major bluechip UK companies.

Each was fully project managed including system design, plant selection and production of working CAD drawings.

All ductwork is manufactured at our facility and installed by our own installation teams.

WOODWASTE

The below pictures show the varying stages of a woodwaste collection system for a major furniture manufacturer. The full turnkey project included design and supply of all plant and manufacture of all ductwork.

The project was unique in that it had to facilitate the relocation of a full manufacturing facility to the new site with minimum disruption to production.

Features include a state of the art control panel, 55.0 kw fan set and modular filtration unit handling 39,000 cubic metres of air per hour.

The separated waste is transferred on a screw conveyor to a rotary valve where a second transfer fan unit carries the waste over 250m to be delivered to a collection silo which is then used to power the factory boilers.

The project was carefully managed and handed over (excluding graffiti removal) on time in July 2014.

WELDFUME EXTRACTION

The pictures below show the installation of systems to remove welding fumes from automated welding cells. The full turnkey project included design, supply of all extraction fans and manufacture of all extraction ductwork.

The systems were installed to the new production facility for a major car component manufacturer to supply subframe parts to a prestige german company.

DUST FILTRATION AND FUME EXTRACTION

The systems below were installed at a new facility producing industrial resins. The systems remove the dust and fumes generated from the mixing and manufacturing processes in the factory.

The filtration system features cartridge filters with compressed air pulse jet cleaning to allow continuous use without any loss of performance.

WET COLLECTOR

Some products prove to be extremely diffuicult to filter and contain.

Sodium Sterate or soap as its commonly called is one of these products.

A client came to us with a problem caused by this product, which is used to protect steel wires from corrosion, which is released into the workplace during their manufacturing process.

Previous attempts to tackle the problem with conventional filtration plants had proved to be unsuccessful as the product binds onto dry filter media.

Our solutuion using a "Rotoclone" wet collector to remove the powder was a resounding success and dramatically improved the working environment.
