ATEX RATED FANS

The fans above were requested to a specific design by The Port of Tyne Authority.

The fans are mounted on a steel framework with lockable castors to allow the units to be fully mobile.

Features include ATEX rated motors and controls for use in a hazardous environment.

SOUND ATTENUATION

The large motors on a mixing control station produced noise which was above the ecceptable level within the factory.

The sound attenuated booth was designed to absorb the noise from the motors whilst allowing operator access to the controls.

The unit was designed for rapid removal for maintenance and breakdown access.

LOW TEMPERATURE OVENS

The ovens were manufactured from a client specification which required a material to be heated to 60 degrees centigrade to increase productivity in assembly.

The ovens are totally self contained and feature a "State of the Art" multi function control panel to allow integration into the factory BMS.
